I miss those conundrums Miss Batkin used to bring to school.
hehe. Here's a conundrum i found from Shamimi's blog:
A black dog stands in the middle of an intersection in a town painted black. None of the street lights are working due to a power failure caused by a local storm. A car with two broken headlights drives towards the dog but turns in time to avoid hitting him. How could the driver have seen the dog in time?
Okayyy, the answer is well easyy.
I found out the second time i read it. *proud*
So ermm, feedback please.
Oh, here's another one, Miss Batkin told me:
Amanda lived in an apartment. She lives on the 27th floor. Every morning at 8am, she gets in the lift and get out at the basement then she walks to work. Every afternoon at 6am she comes back home from work, she gets in the lift and press the number 15. At the 15th floor, she comes out and climb the stairs back to her room. That is her daily routine. So, why did she go up just until the 15th floor then climb up the stairs instead of just straight to the 27th floor?
Okayy, i know the answer but i didn't figure it out, it was talha.
So, the answer anyonee?
And another one, from my dad's colleague:
There's a word, when you say it, it breaks.
This one is well hard, though Mrs Swales figured it out after 10 seconds i said it.
